David Orr

Head of Product & Platform

David, as head of our product engineering is responsible for setting and executing the product vision at Everledger. He drives the roadmap, strategy and overall positioning of our north star: transparency and provenance of all web2 and web3 digital assets.

Prior to starting at Everledger, David has held a diverse set of roles, working as a senior developer, architect, technical product manager, head of engineering and CTO. He was VP of engineering for the Americas at Lehman Brothers, building fixed-income risk, trading and pricing systems, and held senior roles with Royal Bank of Canada, and Nomura, before finding his true passion in working for start-ups. He moved to Everledger in 2018, falling down a rabbit hole carved out of the early permissioned blockchain space by Leanne, and has never looked back.

David loves running long, long distances, which stands him in excellent stead to cover the distance in a rapidly growing business like Everledger.
